1. Inner Tank Assembly

  • Material: Double‑sided welded from 3 mm thick 316L stainless steel plate.
  • Dimensions: L 810 mm × W 545 mm × H 750 mm
  • Insulation: 20 mm thick bakelite board provides electrical isolation between inner tank and outer frame to effectively avoid safety hazards.

2. Main Frame Assembly

  • Material: Welded from 50 mm × 50 mm × 2.0 mm 304 stainless steel square tubes.

  • Operation Panel: Bent and welded from 2 mm thick 304 stainless steel plate.

3. Transmission System

  • Door Transmission: Φ30 linear guide rails are mounted on both sides of the lifting door. 30MULL linear sliders are installed on the lifting door to cooperate with guide rails. A frequency‑converter‑driven reduction motor drives 304 stainless steel chains to complete door lifting and lowering.
  • Hanger Transmission: Φ30 linear guide rails are fitted on both sides of the lifting frame. 30MUL linear sliders connect the lifting carriage with guide rails. A frequency‑converter‑driven reduction motor drives 304 stainless steel chains for hanger up‑and‑down movement.
  • General Transmission Description: An AC220 V frequency converter drives the reduction motor. The motor drives chains and linear sliders to realize door opening/closing and hanger lifting/lowering.

5. Temperature Control System

Heating is performed by 316 seamless stainless‑steel heating tubes. Temperature sensors and AD temperature modules transmit temperature data to the PLC, and the PLC controls heating via contactors.

6. Water‑Level Control System

Float ball equipped with micro‑switch sends signals to the PLC. The PLC executes logical calculation to control the water‑make‑up solenoid valve.

7. Air Supply System

Connect external compressed‑air source. The throttle valve on the operation panel controls compressed‑air flow into the bottom of inner tank for bath agitation.

8. Electrical & Control System

  • Main control unit: Xinje PLC module.
  • HMI: Weinview 7‑inch color touch screen.
  • Operation modes: Full manual, full‑process automatic or partial‑manual operation.
