1. Inner Tank Assembly

  • Material: Double‑sided welded from 3 mm thick 316L stainless steel plate.
  • Dimensions: L 1000 mm × W 800 mm × H 830 mm
  • Insulation: A 20 mm thick bakelite board provides electrical isolation between inner tank and outer frame to effectively prevent safety hazards.

2. Main Frame Assembly

3. Transmission System

  • Door Transmission: Φ30 linear guide rails are mounted on both sides of the lifting door. 30MULL linear sliders are fitted to the lifting door to cooperate with guide rails. A frequency‑converter‑driven reduction motor drives 304 stainless steel chains to complete door lifting and lowering.
  • Hanger Transmission: Φ30 linear guide rails are installed on both sides of the lifting frame. 30MUL linear sliders connect the lifting carriage with guide rails. A frequency‑converter‑driven reduction motor drives 304 stainless steel chains for hanger up‑and‑down movement.
  • General Transmission Description: An AC220 V frequency converter drives the reduction motor. The motor drives chains and linear sliders to realize door opening/closing and hanger lifting/lowering.

5. Temperature Control System

Heating is performed by 316 seamless stainless‑steel heating tubes. Temperature sensors and AD temperature modules feed temperature data to the PLC, and the PLC controls heating via contactors.

6. Water‑Level Control System

Float ball with micro‑switch transmits signals to the PLC. The PLC performs logical calculation to control the water‑make‑up solenoid valve.

7. Air Supply System

Connect external compressed‑air source. The throttle valve on the operation panel controls compressed‑air flow into the bottom of inner tank for bath agitation.

8. Automatic Flip Function

Rotary telescopic cylinder engages with the hanger tenon to achieve 180° flipping (optional).

9. Automatic Clamping Function

Special cylinder drives linkage mechanism to realize automatic clamping (optional).

10. Electrical & Control System

  • Main control unit: Xinje PLC module.
  • HMI: Weinview 7‑inch color touch screen.
