1. Inner Tank Assembly

  • Material: Double‑sided welded construction using 3 mm thick 316L stainless steel plate.
  • Dimensions: L 620 mm × W 420 mm × H 600 mm
  • Insulation: A 20 mm thick bakelite plate provides electrical isolation between inner tank and outer frame to prevent safety incidents.

2. Main Frame Assembly

  • Material: Fabricated by welding 50 mm × 50 mm × 2.0 mm 304 stainless steel square tubes.

3. Transmission System

  • Door Transmission: Φ30 linear guide rails are mounted on both sides of the lifting door. 30MULL linear sliders are fitted to the lifting door and engage with the guide rails. A frequency‑converter‑driven reduction motor transmits motion via 304 stainless steel chains to perform door lifting and lowering.
  • Hanger Transmission: Φ30 linear guide rails are installed on both sides of the lifting frame. 30MUL linear sliders connect the lifting carriage to the guide rails. A frequency‑converter‑driven reduction motor drives 304 stainless steel chains for hanger up‑and‑down movement.
  • General Transmission Description: An AC220 V frequency converter drives the reduction motor. The motor drives chains to actuate linear sliders for door opening/closing and hanger lifting/lowering.

5. Temperature Control System

Heating is provided by 316 seamless stainless‑steel heating tubes. Temperature sensors and AD temperature modules feed temperature readings to the PLC. The PLC controls contactors to regulate heating.

6. Water‑Level Control System

Float switches with micro‑switches send water‑level signals to the PLC. The PLC executes logic calculations to control the water‑make‑up solenoid valve.

7. Air Supply System

External compressed‑air source is connected. A throttle valve on the operation panel regulates airflow into the bottom of the inner tank for bath agitation.

8. Electrical & Control System

  • Main control unit: Xinje PLC module.
  • HMI: Weinview 7‑inch color touch screen.
